  1. Damaged in Shipping: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage to process your claim.

  2. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a refund or replacement.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for products that are simply unwanted, or if you change your mind after purchase.
